Exchanges are accepted only with the original physical copy of the invoice.
The exchange value will be 75% of Silver at current market price.
Products must be not be damaged. altered or repaired by other jeweller.
This exchange policy allows you flexibility while ensuring consistency and fairness for all customers.
Kindly make unboxing video from all angles when you receive the shipment. In case if the product gets damaged in transit you will be entitled for replacement or full refund.
